The Role
You’ll be delivering full-scope optometry with a strong emphasis on patient care, not patient turnover

Longer consultation times to support quality clinical outcomes

A varied caseload including general optometry, dry eye, and disease management

Opportunities to engage in areas such as behavioural optometry and specialty contact lenses (if of interest)

Supported by a team of experienced dispensers and a highly capable admin team

About You

Therapeutically endorsed

Confident working independently while being part of a collaborative team

Brings a patient-first mindset and enjoys building long-term relationships

Interest in behavioural optometry or disease management is welcomed (but not essential)
